Lee Sinje Returns to Malaysia to Promote Latest 3D Movie Sleepwalker

Malaysian-born award-winning actress Angelica Lee Sinje will be returning to Malaysia on 2 November 2011 to promote her latest 3D movie Sleepwalker. Angelica Lee will be in Kuala Lumpur with her husband director Oxide Pang to attend a press conference, media interviews as well as the movie’s gala premiere.

Lee Sinje who shot to fame in 2002 with The Eye, once again collaborates with husband director Oxide Pang in Sleepwalker. It is the couple’s third collaboration and the first after their marriage in February 2010. Sleepwalker is a horror thriller in which Angelica Lee plays a woman who is constantly bothered by a repeated dream which suggest that she could have killed someone while sleepwalking. Sleepwalker in 3D will be opening in cinemas nationwide on 3 November 2011.

Fans and movie enthusiasts will get to meet Angelica Lee and director Oxide Pang in person at 8.00pm on 2 November 2011 at GSC Maxx, Level 10, Berjaya Times Square. The couple will be making a special appearance on stage to grace the gala premiere held at GSC Maxx Berjaya Times Square, the largest 3D cinema in Malaysia. Fans will be given a chance to participate in stage games and win fantastic prizes prior to the artiste appearance. There will also be a live radio interview on MY FM from 6.00pm to 7.00pm on the same day where both the talented actress and director will share more about the movie and their experiences filming it.

the story :

Yee (Lee Sinje) is an ordinary woman living a mundane life. Over the years, she has been bothered by a repeated dream, in that dream she stands alone on wasteland with a doubt of the mystery being buried underneath. Yee’s nightmares are getting more and more sophisticated. Sometimes she finds her bedside is stained with mud in the morning. She can’t help thinking that she would really walk on that wasteland and kill someone there while sleepwalking…

Sleepwalker opens in cinemas nationwide on 3 November 2011.
