Miley Cyrus Puffs Cigarette, Shows Off Smoking New Haircut in Philadelphia
Miley Cyrus‘ new haircut isn’t the only thing that’s smoking.
Hannah Montana herself was snapped puffing on a cigarette Thursday inside a rental car in Philadelphia.
Unlike fellow ex-Disney star Hillary Duff, Miley has yet to claim she was “holding a cigarette for my friend.” Then again, Miley’s had a salvia scandal and joked about being a stoner, whereas the real-life Lizzie McGuire remains squeaky-clean.
We get it though, Miley girl: You can’t be tamed! Just remember that while edgy, platinum blond locks are totally hot, yellow teeth and smoker’s breath are not.

Lady Gaga Dyes Her Hair Bright Orange!
Good thing PETA’s down with hair dye!
Lady Gaga—who recently has been slammed by PETA for supposedly betraying her support of anti-fur initiatives—has decided to rock a less-controversial look.
Of course, we’re talking colored hair—one of the most popular trends this summer—and the mother monster herself stepped out sporting a bright orange hue when she arrived at Bucharest’s Athenee Palace Hilton Hotel Wednesday.
The “You and I” singer is in Romania for her performance at the Piata Constitutiei Square of Bucharest tonight, tweeting to her fans, “SO EXCITED to be in Romania performing at an outdoor stadium tonight! thank you so much for all the love from downstairs, I could hear u!”
Gaga paired her newly dyed hair with a gold embellished dress, sky-high platform heels and sparkly tights, natch.
Although pink and purple seem to be some of the most popular hues for hair dye, the always daring fashionista opted for a bold, all-over cover (no surprise there!).

We hope you’re sitting down because you absolutely will not believe this: Kim Kardashian has posted bikini photos of herself on Twitter.
Crazy, we know! The reality star apparently just decided to give her followers a treat, expose some MAJOR cleavage and provide us with a look at her in a Hawaiian, high-waisted two-piece.
“Me Ke Aloha,” Kim wrote underneath one of these images, a term that translates to “with love.” Or is it with big boobs? We’ll need to check the dictionary…
When not doing… ummm… whatever it is she does, Kardashian has been taking self-portraits of herself in a bathing suit all summer long and publishing them online.
