Koichi Saito is founder & General Partner of KK Fund, a venture capital fund investing in seed stage internet and mobile startups across South East Asia, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Launched in 2015, KK Fund has made 20 investments including Kaodim, TheLorry, Hostel hunting, Supplycart, Policystreet and CapitalBay. Koichi previously worked at IMJ Investment Partners, Private Equity Fund founded by George Soros, Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Security. Koichi holds a Master of Business Administration degree from IE business school in Spain.

Edmund Loh has sold millions of dollars in products and services through the Internet since 2005. He started his little enterprise straight from his laptop and today has a full-time team based in Kelana Jaya. Nadhir Ashafiq

Executive Director, TheLorry

Nadhir Ashafiq is the Co-Founder & Executive Director of TheLorry – and on-demand logistics platform that connects customer to lorry, van and 4x4 drivers. He previously co-founded Glokalise, a social networking app and has experience working in air freight logistics and investment banking. Nadhir is a recipient of Forbes Asia’s 2017 30 Under 30.

Yienyee Soh

Co-founder & CMO, AVANA

Yienyee is the cofounder and Chief Marketing Officer at AVANA - an ecommerce enabler that empowers more than tens of thousands of small businesses in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia to bring their products online and scale to compete on a global level. Yienyee graduated with a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) from HELP University College, Malaysia. During her university years, she founded an online fashion aggregator called A Shopaholic’s Den - pioneering a strong community of online sellers in Malaysia. The young entrepreneur started organizing offline events to complement the online community. It was during this time that Yienyee discovered the challenges facing online merchants: there was little technology to automate routine tasks such as updating inventories, managing orders, and tracking deliveries. This was the spark that drove Yienyee to develop a solution to empower small businesses. Yienyee’s passion for helping small businesses grow has powered her successful career trajectory. In 2017, the company she co-founded, AVANA, was one of first Southeast Asian companies to be listed on the worldwide Facebook Messenger Platform Provider Directory.

Spencer Lee

Spencer is the Commercial Director of AirAsia Malaysia. He has over 12 years of experience in the aviation industry from serving AirAsia in several positions. In his current role, Spencer leads the entire Malaysia commercial functions including product development, revenue management, marketing, distribution, ancillary, government, partnership and customer relationship management, and has received numerous industry awards.

Spencer is an advocate of talent development through effective leadership. With the backing of a solid work culture, he champions openness, innovation and a ‘can-do’ spirit in the workplace and has led the growth of the airline to be a leader in the region.

Spencer is a member of World Federation of Advertisers, a member of Malaysia Advertisers Association, and Board Member of the Audit Bureau of Circulation Malaysia. He is a supporter of Manchester United FC.

Jan Wong

Founder, OpenMinds Resources

Jan Wong is an entrepreneur, youth advocate, and founder of OpenMinds that specializes in digital media consultancy and startup development. Starting at the age of 17, he has ventured into eight businesses, a part time lecturer at the Asia Pacific University (APIIT / APU), a certified e-commerce consultant, published an academic journal during his Masters degree, sits on the Academic Advisory Board of KDU and Sunway College, has published an academic article at the Global Communications Conference and more recently, listed on the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia 2017 list under the media, marketing and advertising category.

Dr. Janson Ang

Malaysian born, Dr. Janson Ang assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer of Janson Management at the age of 27. Having graduated from the Chartered Institute of Marketing at Sunway University, Dr. Janson began his career with the KEU group starting out as a Corporate Service Executive with KEU Control Engineering in 1999. Throughout his tenure at KEU Group, Dr. Janson has also exposed himself to various academic training courses in safety & health, personality development, leadership programs and employee management. Dr. Janson is also known to be the chartered member of Who’s Who International, President of the Lions Club of KL Seputeh Malaysia and President of the KEU Toastmasters International Club. Dr. Janson is also the member of PUMM, member of CEO Club Malaysia, member of MENSA Associations and member of Business Network International.

Having worked his way up the corporate ladder within the KEU Group, Eways Group, Arzek Group and M Group as Director in Corporate Management, Dr. Janson also assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer for Janson Management Sdn Bhd and Janson FashionHQ Sdn Bhd. All in all, Dr. Janson runs the show of 29 subsidiaries under his strong management. Dr. Janson during his free time, contributes in public speaking for both Malaysia, Asean and National conferences. His biggest achievement is speaking to delegates around the world congress of 6,700 members. Dr. Janson have made appearance on many medias and on TV airs. Dr. Janson also received several awards and acknowledgements through years in his career. Tom Siew

David Chew

Mr. DAVID CHEW, a Chinese Sarawakian who has been involved in higher education, information technology, business consulting, creative and art industry for the past 20 years.

Jerryson Abraham Doss

JERRYSON ABRAHAM G. DOSS is a philanthropist & Co-founder of the VIVA STARFISH PROJECT and the CEO-Futurist for VIVA CITY GLOBAL which have been involved with Drug Rehab Centres, homeless and educating underprivileged youths since 2001. His involvement with rehab centres started back in 1997 as part of the integration program through sports and has been creating businesses that gives opportunities to this special crowd.

He is also a motivational speaker and facilitator for various youth and entrepreneurial development programs nationwide. He has inspired many youths in his quest to empower the younger generation to rise up and maximise their potential and contribute towards self-development and for the community with sustainable projects through social entrepreneurship.
