We have been told to take care of our skin, to take care of our food, take care of our sleep but i feel there are two friends we neglect - our FEET! 

From ill-fitting shoes to hard flooring, our feet take the brunt of our daily activities. We accumulate blisters, sores, cuts and swollen feet and by the end of the day many of us will know the familiar feeling of aching feet that signify a day well spent.
