Ep 4 : Cravings and Their Meanings

Today I’m taking about cravings. 

What does it mean when we have sugar / carb cravings? 

Why does your body sometimes specifically crave for nonsense that is either oily, fried or salty? Usually it means there is a particular nutrient your body is maybe lacking in. 

Other than cravings, do you know the difference between Physical Hunger vs Emotional Hunger?
