JOEY BADA$$ X PONY.PONY is back to present New York’s unique aura within its latest apparel and footwear selection. Highlighting 45 years of rich heritage, New York’s own Joey Bada$$ joins the wave to support the forthcoming 2017 fall collection. The revival carries on PONY’s “Product of New York” calling, staying true to its simplistic roots. Throughout the offering you’ll find PONY’s classic Topstar silhouette as the main attraction in high or low cut options. Color choices include burgundy, tonal nude, stark white and others. Once worn by Dan Marino and Pele, the new PONY Topstar will be available starting this week. Take a look at Joey Bada$$ sporting the Topstar and additional pieces above and let us know your thoughts.
BAPESTA LOW (OG COLORWAYS).Bape’s version of Nike’s Air Force 1 is back and returning in the OG colorways from back in the day and we have to say, they are madly colorful! Made with patent leather, there are 3 pairs that will be released. One pair is in shades of brown and pink, another pair in blue, yellow and red (Merdeka kicks?) and the last one is in green, orange and grey. All pairs come with white laces and retails at $258.
ADIDAS ORIGINALS NMD R1 X NEIGHBORHOOD.NMDs are still getting much love from the sneakerhead community and this will be no different. Featuring a monochromatic color scheme of black/white, the sneaker has a Primeknit upper with EVA plugs and Neighborhood branding throughout. The Boost is done up in black and the teeth details at the forefoot area reminds us of Neighborhood’s Boston Super from 2015. No release details yet but you better start saving up.
NIKE AIR VAPORMAX ‘LACELESS’.The counter to adidas’s Ultraboost, this new Vapormax are for those who prefer slipping on their sneakers. The traditional lacing has been replaced with an elastic band that features the Swoosh logo and retains elements of the Vapormax such as the Flyknit upper and full-length Air Max sole. 2 colorways will be releasing in black and a multi-color option. No word yet on pricing or release dates but this reminds us of the previous CDG collaboration.
