He started playing music at the age of 14 in church; beginning with the bass guitar and then picking up guitar as well as drums and keyboard. He joined his first band, Army Of Three, an alternative rock band at the age of 18 (2005) as a bassist and backup vocalist. The band has since recorded 3 albums; all of which he performed and recorded. In 2010, Darren left the band to pursue An Honest Mistake. In 2014, he reunited with the band. Both bands are now running concurrently.

With a passion to grow the local music scene, Darren has taken the initiative to provide a platform for new artistes. Starting in 2010 at Laila’s CafĂ© (now defunct), and mainly known for organizing at Laundry from 2011 to 2015, he has put on numerous shows promoting both local and regional artistes. His passion has also grown from organizing gigs to talent management.

At present, Darren has also produced a line of guitar effects pedals called ‘AWESOME’. The Awesome Pedal which is a dual-function pedal (overdrive and boost) and The Awesome Tuner (chromatic tuner). He was inspired to create these pedals to encourage musicians to seek greater tone as well as to stay in tune. Having performed in various countries in South East Asia, Darren has the desire to establish an Asian touring circuit together with some of the best promoters in the region to promote Asian music. With an aim to bring Malaysian music to an international platform, he is constantly working at it; a step at a time.

Blending all three visions from the three members, TY:DEL’s music is a gorgeous mix of ambient synths, jazz-inspired guitar tones, soulful vocals and airy beats, all tied together by the essence of passion the trio have for their craft. Their playful aura and passion for the art of music is conveyed through their charisma and charm on stage.Inspired by the likes of LANY, The 1975 and HONNE, the band started off as a performing group, hustling through the city in search of gigs and performances – their humble beginnings and their hard work have quickly turned the band into a local treat in the nation’s music scene. The origins of TY:DEL date back to 2017, when the band would perform for local indie showcases in nearby colleges and youth festivals. Their days are spent in university, and nights are an exhilarating trance of jumping and dancing at shows of their own, on top of long studio sessions, perfecting their craft and finding the best sound for the name.On the 19th April 2019, TY:DEL officially released their debut single "No Turning Back". Surpassing expectations, their single received a great deal of positive feedback from the listeners and since then hit over 170,000 streams. The band then released their second single, “LDR” on 2nd August 2019 which garnered over 78,000 streams. Both singles were also playlisted on “New Music Friday Malaysia” and “Made in Malaysia” on Spotify.CHRISTIAN THESEIRAChristian is a Malaysian born singer, songwriter and producer. Many know him for his scintillating serenades with vocal harmony pop sensation, Back2Basixx. Christian's solo endeavour provides a deeper, more personal look into his music. His unmistakable sultry vocals laid over a fresh and laid back RnB vibe is a pleasant contrast to the bright pop stylings of Back2Basixx. Adding to a list of accolades which include an 'Anugerah Industri Muzik' nomination, Christian's last solo single, 'Hard To Leave', charted at no. 4 on the Hitz MET 10 for a total of 13 weeks and was nominated for 'Best Pop Song' in 2018 at the V.I.M.A awards. No stranger to the bright lights of the stage either, Christian has gone from the humble beginnings of the K.L pub/club scene to sharing the stage with artists such as Usher, DNCE, Anggun and Yuna. Needless to say, we definitely will be hearing more of his music and seeing more of him on the big stage in years to come. EB Duet EB Duet got their big break after doing a cover of P.Ramlee classic “Getaran Jiwa” which went viral and was subsequently featured as the song for a NESCAFE commercial in 2016. The video garnered more than 5.4million views, catapulting them into the public eye.The theme song and music video “Come with me” of AirAsia’s commercial "ASEAN 50th Anniversary” in the year 2017 is written and produced by the duo, which later featured in their second album “I’ve got a song for you"EB duet’s music, it’s like a dialogue between voice and the guitar, a conscious fusion of Eve's soulful sultry voice and Billy’s Savvy strings. Their music is meant to be less complex and calmer while retaining some jazz elements. It is essentially EB duet in their purest. most honestmusical expression.Fans are particularly enthralled by their music to the rawness of their performances and the genuine chemistry between the two.ELVIRA ARULElvira, is as they say “a lady with a voice like no other”. While soulful best describes her, this bubbly lass comes with a lethal combination of the 5Ps - power, passion, pizzazz, personality and panache. Comfortable sharing the stage with local living legends such as Lewis Pragasam, Andy Peterson, and Ricky Omar to name a few, she has also been featured on a host of award-winning radio and television commercials, not to mention regional advertising campaigns. Somewhere along the way she even found herself backing some of the most sought after local artistes of the industry such as Sheila Majid, Jaclyn Victor, and M. Nasir.Elvira’s debut single ‘Simple Love’ was released early in 2009. Her experience in performing is by the leaps and bounds. She’s been involved in most major musicals and the biggest being playing Effie White (the role made famous by Jennifer Holiday back in 1981) in the Asian production of Dreamgirls at the Malaysian National Theatre. She’s also bagged some awards: VIMA 2010 Best Female Vocalist (Overall), AVIMA 2010 3rd Best Female Vocalist (Asian Pacific) & Short + Sweet 2010 Best Musical Director.

Putting aside their experimental indie rock style to evolve into catchy dance beats, the duo strengthens their music production capabilities with this new setup.Nirajli, with a filmmaking background met Rakesh from the engineering faculty and formed the band while attending Multimedia University. Started as a five-piece band, the group began playing unreleased demo tracks at live performances including Fresh Bottle, MMU Cyberjaya and World Youth Festival, Putrajaya. However, opening for Estranged at Music Republic, MMU Malacca in 2012, propelled them into public consciousness, growing enthusiastic local fans.Musically, the duo draw their inspiration from specific moments in their upbringing. Niralji’s links his early exposure to films to his father taking him on five trips to the cinema to catch Jurassic Park, drawing him to the art of film music. “An element which is the heart of all films”, remarks Niralji. This passion further enhanced his technical ability in composing soundtracks for filmmaking.Rakesh’s percussionist training as a child, paired with his recent self-taught sound engineering skills, make up the electronic beats to Niralji’s occasional high-pitched falsetto vocals, in which he developed a liking from his father’s Bee Gees karaoke home set. These distinctive styles now define the underlying tunes of MONORIFF. The duo cite their other large influences being Avicii’s country-infused electronica tunes, original soundtracks from the Star Wars saga, Lord of the Rings trilogy and melodious Tamil music, notably A.R Rahman, Harris Jeyaraj, Yuvan Shankar Raja. The band later released their single, “Away From You” under the project name Human to be more accessible publicly, however later returned to the original name MONORIFF, by popular request. After a one year break as a band, MONORIFF is back as an electronica duo, prepared to release five singles that explore the melancholy attached to the modern pursuit for love. Followed by hints of an upcoming album with their present music influences from instrumental, symphonic and orchestral music. Armed with love-struck beats, MONORIFF continues propelling as a volatile wave of musical genius with the momentum they have built to date.Aizat AmdanAizat Amdan made his debut in the music industry in 2007 when his two self-produced singles, ‘Sahabat’ and ‘Hanya Kau Yang Mampu’ hit the top 10 in the local charts. His last single, ‘Angin Lalu’, touches on the theme of losing one’s happiness like a passing breeze – a song that also relates to his own personal experience over the loss of his father, Datuk Amdan Mat Din.However, Aizat's latest single called 'Dup Dup' which talks about first time jitters when meeting the girl of his dreams also features Malaysia's hijab and baju kurung wearing hip hop star Bunga. The track is currently being played on all Malay radio stations.

She competed in a convention in Los Angeles last year, winning the “Star of the Year” award, and performed in a concert in Nagoya, Japan early this year.RESORTAiming to prioritise a down-to-earth persona, that couples “boppy" danceable hooky tunes along with lyrical depth and real life stories, RESORT started in January 2019 when long time friends frontman Sek Hao Ho and drummer Kyle Emmanuel fused what musical differences they had, to create indie-pop band, RESORT. RESORT debuted in early July 2019 with their first single, “Fix Everything” and a single consecutively every month after that.Later on, bassist Victor Yee was roped in. A big void that was missing within the band’s sonic spaces was filled. After being mistaken a few times as “We Are RESORT” (social media handle: @weareresort) rather than “RESORT”, the boys soon realized the strong collective consciousness that most fans would identify them with and more importantly, the potential that this collective could include their fans themselves. The biggest break for RESORT as of late is the opportunity to collaborate and write the theme song, “The Idea Of Us” from TheMingThing’s Christmas short film, “For Giving and Getting” along with talented pop artist, SHN, that garnered up to 106,000 streams in a span of less than a month.RESORT self produces all their originals and is now 3 people (and growing), and is looking to venture deeper into the scene to curate an experience for their listeners. They have recently released their debut EP, “RESORT: Vol. 1” in March of 2020.YEE YEEYee Yee is a Malaysian singer and songwriter that started out locally and has branched out to predominantly Taiwan and China. From a strong family background of vocal talent, she definitely inherited her abilities from her father. Her career kicked off when she took part in Astro’s Star Quest in 2001. She has then released two albums (2003 & 2005) and has been featured in multiple events; in 2015’s Dama Orchestra Musical Show ( I Have A Date With Spring ) and in 2016’s ‘The Man Behind The Minister YB Khairy Jamaluddin’ performance.Yee Yee is not only a singer but also a winner of multiple pageants as well as an actress. In 2000, she was featured in Hong Kong film, ‘Summer Holiday’, named the Maybelline Water Shine Girl the year after. She has also won awards for 2001’s Miss Malaysia Petite (Miss Charming) and 2002’s Miss Chinese Universe (Miss Photogenic). As a host for  ‘Travel’ magazine in Hong Kong & Korea, landed her a job on a HVD series as an actress. In 2018, she was awarded at the Tokyo Golden Bauhinia Fashion Icon Award. She has also been featured in various commercials (Maxis, Darlie, Prudential Insurance & more) while teaching vocal classes in Shanghai Music Academy China. WANTED SYMPHONYFrom small town boys to big stage performers, singer-songwriter duo Daniel and Ruben have just about done it all. Known to most by the popular moniker Wanted Symphony, their unique sound resonates with a combination of technical prowess on their respective instruments coupled with melodious vocal harmonies. Backed by years of solid performing experience in and out of the country, award nominations, radio airplay and media coverage; Wanted Symphony’s music can be described as strong, passionate and relatable. Firmly grounded in acoustic roots but having evolved and adapted over the years, the boys have put out three hit singles on all major streaming platforms to date, and are looking at another year of solid releases.
